Cheryl C. Slaten

Cheryl Slaten received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Loyola University in New Orleans, graduating cum laude, in 1990. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin School of Law, graduating with honors. She has been a Member of the Florida Bar since 1994.

Cheryl began her legal career as a Florida Assistant State Attorney. She has extensive litigation and trial experience, serving as lead counsel on almost 500 trials. Prior to joining Larsen Slaten in 2013, Cheryl practiced civil litigation for many years.

Subsequent to joining Larsen Slaten, Cheryl has exclusively practiced in the area of community association law and related litigation.
